Congratulations on your pending gtrandchild. We have our second grandson [so far there's only two of the boy kind....8 of the other variety...ages from 19 to 5...] staying with us while his folks are suffering from culture shock of living in the Philippines for the past ten years [missionaries], and now adjusting to civilian life in Silicon Valley [full-timing now for Xerox, instead of just four hours a month...which has supported them over there]. He's a fun kid; 15 years old...and I just enjoy sitting back and watching him grow. 6 ft high and rising! Can you remind me which county Walnut Grove is in? Is there an EDMONSON/EDMONDSON wildlife sanctuary nearby? Somewhere in my travels I found such a place...and as soon as I relocate it, I'll see what came of my photos of a visit there in 1995[ my husband was bicycling across the U.S., and I could take genealogy detours since I was driving our motor home...and could go faster than he could.] Some LDS records are on line...but I still rely on the census records at the N.A.R.A., so will try to look up Cyrus when next I go up there.
