Hi, Did you just as for military papers? You might return it and specify that Penelope filed for a widow's pension and tell the what state. This happened to me with one of my lines. - I, too, knew the widow's pension had been filed - the paper was returned to me the first time I requested military files. I sent back with the additional information and received the information I needed.
