Margaret, If I were you, I would continue the Edmondson surname by seeing to it that it becomes the middle name of girls in each subsequent generation. My gg-gm's maiden name survived down through my aunt's generation. If I ever have any grandchildren, some of them are going to get it! :) Julia Florida/USA
