I am related to the Edgeworth's of Bibury, Gloucestershire. Richard Lovell Edgeworth the father of Maria Edgeworth was born in Bath, Somerset on the May 31st 1744 and died on December 25th 1780 in Edgeworthstown, Ireland and Maria Edgeworth his daughter was born in Black Bourton, Oxfordshire on 1 January 1768 and died in 1849 in Edgeworthstown, Ireland This maybe the link between Edgeworth's in Ireland and the Edgeworth's in Gloucestershire and Somerset.
