I too have got stuck with my Edgeworths. They were in County Kildare in the 1800s. Family talk of a link to the writer Maria Edgeworth but no proof. John Edgeworth was married to a Bridget Miller and they had children in the 1850s & 60s in County Kildare. Only found 1 baptism, 1865 of Mary J. Edgeworth. John died in 1880's. Bridget died in 1892 in Dublin. Some sort of family shop in Dublin, grocery, dairy etc. Theres also an Ellen Edgeworth dying in Dublin in 1880s, a shop keeper, so must be connected. Theres also some Kildare Edgeworths getting sent to Australia in early 1800s. Wheres all the baptisms etc? Mark
