Hi Eaton fans, Am trying to track down the descendants of and ancestors of Nathaniel Eaton of Bradford and Tioga Counties, PA. Nathaniel was born about 1805 (according to 1850 census) and married in 1833 Eliza Kellogg in Wyalusing, PA. He died in 1864 at Andersonville Prison. I have gaps ... do I have gaps!! Was Nathaniel's father William Eaton who came from Springfield, MA to Bradford Cty about 1807 with another young man named Abel Eaton? Was his mother Asenath Loomis? He is never listed among their children. Would love to know who his parents were. Is it possible that Abel was his father? Can find nothing on Abel. Bradford County knows nothing more than what I have found. Guess I need a personal contact, and I hope one of you reading this will have some clues. Thanks . . . Natalie Gehl
