Hi Natalie, I have a couple of Eaton's in Cumberland (Perry) County PA around 1809, supposedly born in Ireland, but that's about as good as it gets. I don't know if they were in transition and that's why I find so few of them, or if it was only part of the family, or if they had already moved on. Jane Eaton marred Joseph Hunter 1803 in Cumberland (Perry) County PA; they had children and moved the whole family to Miami County, OH in 1811. I haven't heard from many people with Eaton in PA.
