ELDRIDGE, Earl R. Age 58, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2008. Earl was preceded in death by one son, Earl Jr.; his parents, Oscar & Ruby Eldridge; and by brothers, James H., Fred L. & Clarence V. Eldridge. Earl is survived by his wife of the past 40 years, Carolyn (Brown) Eldridge; two children, Melissa & Brian; three grandchildren, Amanda, Christian & Brionna; one great grandchild, Alanah; one sister, Maezelle (Hershel) Hatfield; brother, Charles E. (Marilyn) Eldridge; and by his extended family and many good friends. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 30, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Graveside committal services will be held at 12 Noon, Wednesday, at Bellbrook Cemetery, Upper Bellbrook Road, Bellbrook, Ohio.
