WEESE Nancy Virginia (Blanton) Weese, age 59, passed away after a long courageous battle with cancer Tuesday, December 9, 2008 surrounded by her family and friends. She was born August 16, 1949 in Rensselaer, IN. Nancy was a 1967 graduate of Walnut Ridge High School and a graduate of Ohio Dominican University. Nancy retired from Nationwide Insurance after thirty seven years as an A.V.P. She is preceded in death by father Robert W. Blanton and mother Betty J. Blanton. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Raymond Eugene Weese, Columbus. Also survived by daughters, Tonya (Chad) Shinabargar, Columbus, Melissa (Nick Sianis) Weese, Pataskala; granddaughter, Lauren E. Shinabargar; devoted sister, Karon (Rick) Baker, Dover; brothers, Robert (Rita) Blanton, Richard Blanton, Texas, Douglass Blanton Wisconsin; ten nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; many loyal and devoted friends. Family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 p.m. at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTO! N CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of I-270). Funeral service will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with burial to follow in Kingwood Memorial Park.
