BARTLEY, Roy L. age 73, of Centerville, OH, formerly of Farmersville, OH, passed away suddenly, Wednesday December 17, 2008. Roy was born May 24, 1935, in Pike County, Kentucky, to the late Asa Bartley and Dixie (Branham) Willis. He retired from GM ~ Delco Products Division in 1987 after 30 years of service. He was a member of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church in Dayton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Brewer. Roy is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ruth A. (Jackson) Bartley; 5 daughters, Debbie (Tom) Choate of Franklin, Teresa Taylor of Miamisburg, Peggy Bartley and Becky (Brian) Ormond all of Centerville, and Sarah (Jason) Wallace of Miamisburg; 13 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren; his step-father, Wesley (Lucinda) Willis of Miamisburg, OH; 2 sisters, Fay (Larry) Heller and Myrtle (Carson) Cole; his brother, Donnel (Marguerite) Owens all of Germantown; numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held, 2 p! .m., Sunday December 28th, at the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Church, 1304 St. Adalbert Ave., Dayton, OH.
