MAYNARD Carl "Mike" Maynard, passed away December 14, 2008. Preceded in death by parents Glen and Doris Maynard, brothers Glen Jr. and Charlie. Survived by his wife, Taresa; his children, Bruce and Shawn Campbell, Carl Jr., Shawn-Eric, and Amanda Maynard; grandchild, Gabrielle Campbell; brothers, Bill, Jeff, Paul; sisters, Lisa, Teresa; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at O.R. WOODYARD CO. SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Wednesday December 17 from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday from 12Noon-1 p.m., where service will be held at 1 p.m. Deacon Norman Reed officiating. Published in The Columbus Dispatch on 12/16/2008
