RUSSELL, Billy Ray Age 68 of Fairfield, passed away November 30, 2008. He was born in Ashland, Kentucky on July 1, 1940 the son of William and Bessie (Clark) Russell. Billy is survived by his wife, Bonnie Russell; children, David (Christine) Russell, and Anna Russell; daughter in law, Tracy Russell; grandchildren, Kira and Paige Russell, and Owen and Lincoln Messerly; and siblings, Gary (Pam) Russell, Joyce (Jerry) Adkins, and Becky (Keith) Hable. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Ronald Russell. Visitation will be 11am - until time of service (12noon), Friday, December 5, 2008 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, with Pastor Albert Dickson officiating.
