BLEVINS, Frieda Mae age 79, of Middletown, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at Kingston Nursing Home. She was born December 25, 1928 in Middletown, OH to Samuel Taylor and Margaret (Garrett) Brown. Frieda was a waitress for Frisch's, Ryan's, Fantasy Farm and Copper Kettle and homemaker. Frieda's family will always remember her talent for cooking and baking. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Blevins of 60 years in 2008; sister, Hazel Adams; brother, Paul Brown; 2 grandsons, Brack Blevins and Joshua Back. Frieda is survived by daughter, Donna (Thomas) Moore; son, Samuel (Janet) Blevins; grandchildren, LaGina (Mike) Figueroa, Jason (Jennifer) Back, Cynthia (Bobby) Pelfrey and 6 great-grandchildren; brother, James (Thelma) Brown of Hazel Green, KY. Visitation will be held Friday, December 12, 2008 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Baker - Stevens Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mt. Ple! asant Cemetery.
