LYKINS, Gayle Ann 58, of Lebanon and formerly of Morrow passed peacefully Thursday, December 18, 2008 at Hospice of Cincinnati. Born January 21, 1950 the daughter of Eddie and Marie (Hillard) Lykins, Gayle was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that came into her life. A 1968 graduate of Little Miami High School, she received her RN degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts and had worked fro many years at Pine Crest Nursing center in Morrow, Bethesda North Hospital and had recently been employed at Hospitality East Nursing Ctr. In Xenia and was a member of the Lebanon Eagles. Preceded in death by her parents, sister Judy Gambrel, grandparents Fred and Anna Hillard, Aunt Jan Huddleson and uncle Fred "Buck" Hillard, she is survived by son Patrick (Lisa) Jaeger of Lebanon, sisters Charlene (Charlie) Pennix and Terri (Rob) Swearingen all of Morrow, brother Rick Lykins, aunts Freda Kilburn and Barbara Hillard of Morrow, grandchildren Tyler and! Ashley and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation and funeral service was held Sunday, December 21, 2008 at Stine-Kilburn Funeral Home, Lebanon with Rev. John Holbrook officiating.
