RAY, Gary D. "CUZ" 52, of Springfield, passed away at 4:10 PM Thursday, December 11, 2008 in Ohio State University Hospital. He was born March 26, 1956 in Weeksberry, Kentucky, the son of Bertha Ray. Gary had been employed at Goodwill and Tuttle Brothers. Survivors include his wife; Debra (Emmons) Ray, one son; Randy Emmons ( Jennifer), two daughters; Brandi Ray (Bill) and Pam Evans (James), grandchildren; Austin Sanders, Sarah Sanders, Louree Snell, Racheal Evans and Jamie Evans, brother; Ronald (Thelma) Ray and niece Amy Hutchins (Max). He was preceded in death by his mother; Bertha Ray and his grandparents; John and Elizabeth Ray. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Danny Miller officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Garys family.
