Jan 1872 Kentucky (parents had been born in KY) noted she had had 5 children before 1900, with only four still living Gladis E. dau age 5 b. Jan 1895 Kentucky Bourke E. son age 3 b. Sep 1896 Kentucky Azora B. dau age 7 b. Jun 1898 Kentucky Vaughn W. son age 0 b. May 1900 Maddox, Carter, Kentucky Samuel W. (father to J. L. McDavid) widowed, age 78 b.
