He was born May 1, 1928 in Derby, OH to Clyde Lambert and Ioma (Hix) Lambert. Chester is survived by 1 son, Charles Eugene (Pam) Lambert of Poteau, OK; 3 daughters, Betty (Ken) Hughes of Delaware, OH, Debbie (Christopher) Saunders of Milford Center, OH and Lisa (Dan) Simpkins of Delaware, OH; 2 brothers, Clyde Lambert of Circleville, OH and Robert Lambert of Circleville, OH; two sisters, Joyce (Bill) Jones of Big Plain, OH and Dorothy (Nye) Green of Columbus, OH; 23 grandchildren; and 33 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by son Chester Gene Jr. graveside services will begin at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Woodlawn Cemetery Chapel, Ada, OH. Burial Woodlawn Cemetery.
