MOORE Anthony Lawrence Moore, 84, of Raceland, KY, formerly of Lawrence County, passed away Friday, December 19, 2008 at the Community Hospice Center in Ashland, KY. Mr. Moore was born October 29, 1924 in Mattie, KY, the son of the late James and Eva Blackburn Moore. He was retired from Lennox Industries of Columbus, OH and served in the United States Army during World War II. He is preceded in death by his first wife Geneva Cordle Moore and siblings Homer, Randall, Ray, Herman and Sue Moore. Survivors include his wife, Pearlene Moore of Raceland, KY; 4 daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Richard Darby of Raceland, KY, Sharon and Roger Neil of Baltimore, OH, Maxine and John Johnson of Columbus, OH, and Bonnie and Jerry Yoder of Mt. Sterling, OH; a son and daughter-in-law, Carl and Vickie Moore of Ashville, OH; step daughter, Emma Jean and husband Dave Hopper of Urbana, OH; and 2 step sons, Edgle and wife Charlene Estep of Springfield, OH and Dennis and wife Natalie Estep o! f Raceland, KY; 2 sisters, Burnett Caudill of Columbus, OH and Barbara Jo Thompson of Louisa, KY; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 10 a.m. at the WILSON FUNERAL HOME by Rev. Roger Bonzo. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m., Tuesday at the Franklin Hills Memory Gardens in Canal Winchester, OH.
