JUSTICE, John Hal age 60, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away November 23, 2008 at his residence. He was born in Ironton, Ohio, and lived in Franklin since 1987. He was employed for 28 years as a conductor for CSX Railroad, and was currently working part-time as a grounds keeper for Middletown Sportsmans Club. He was preceded in death by his mother, Vira Gibbs Justice and son, John "Chris" Justice on Oct. 15, 2008 and brother, Gary Justice. He is survived by 1 son, Joshua Justice, Hamilton, Ohio; 1 daughter-in-law, Michelle Justice, Huber Heights, Ohio; 5 grandchildren; father, Lloyd Justice, wife Bess, Middletown, Ohio; and many good friends. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Safe Harbor Worship Center, 2216 Wilbraham Rd., Middletown, with Pastor Jim Webb officiating.
