RATLIFF, Connie Lynn 40, of Franklin passed away Saturday November 15, 2008 at Miami Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family. A graduate of Springboro High School she formerly worked as a Dispatcher for the Warren County Communications Center. Connie received a degree in Criminal Justice from O.I.P. and T. in Dayton. She is survived by her mother, Hildla Ratliff of Franklin, her father, Nelson Caudill of Thornhill, TN, a sister, Tamie (Chuck) O'bryon of Orgeonia, brother, David Ratliff of Thornhill, TN and a caring companion Marty Baber. She also leaves special nieces and nephews, Tesla and Isaac Green, Austin, Devon, and Cole O'bryon, Miranda, Melissa, Sherry, Billy, Justin, Kasandra and McKenzie Ratliff. Funeral services will be Wednesday 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St. Springboro. Visitation will be Tuesday 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
