Hi Robert, I live on the River Road Ky Routwe 581 it runs off of HWY 40 out of Paintsville then into Greentown then Tutor Key then River, Ky it runs right with the Big Sandy I think on the old cencus it stated whitehouse (I never understood that because Whitehouse is across the river from River, KY) and or Henrietta the later one is shown on most topo maps. Jenny Wiley as Libby stated is in River, KY and across the River from Jenny Wiley Grave is OFfut, KY or Price town. They are building a 4 lane bridge across the river there where the swinging bridge was and post office it will connect Meade & Route 40 which is a long ride around or from 581 to Meade it will cut off at least 35-40 minutes it should be done in spring 2009.
