STEPHENSON, Betty Faye Betty Stephenson, age 63, of Liberty Township, passed into eternal rest at 4:15 p.m. on November 19, 2008. She was born in Clay County Kentucky on July 9, 1945. Betty Stephenson was preceded in death by her loving parents Dora and Wilburn Lipps, and her sister Patricia Gray. Betty is survived by two daughters, Audra Lynn Hurd and Hollie Anne Stephenson; brothers and sisters Clayton Lipps, Eugene Lipps and wife Maggie Lipps, Ray Lipps and wife Vicki Lipps, and Rita Holder; two grandchildren, Brandy Hurd and John Hurd, and one great grandchild Marli Faye Maddin. Betty was a loving mother, a supportive sister, and a true and reliable friend to those blessed to be acquainted with her. She was most known for always thinking of others ahead of herself, and is going to be genuinely missed by all who were touched by her strong and honorable presence. Her death is a great loss for all, but because of her large heart, we can take comfort in knowing she is in a b! etter place.
