Born November 21, 1942 to Clark N. and Noldie Maynard Bailey, Sr. at Williams, WV. Graduate of Circleville Bible College and served as an Ordained Minister with CCCU. Preceded in death by parents, sisters Edna Dillon, Flora Roberts Donna Blackburn, brother Doug Bailey, grandson Bobby Romine. Survived by devoted and loving wife of 48 years, Leona Shirkey Bailey; loving father of Clark Bailey III, James (Vesta) Bailey, Leona (Robert) Romine, Eileen (Roy) Thacker; brother of Irene Lowe, Shirley Flaherty, Linda Grimmett, Juanita Hicks, Margaret Roberts; grandfather of 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
