Jessie Felty Wolfe, 86, of Leatherwood Road, Greenup, died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2008, in Charlestown, Ind. She was born in Greenup County on Oct. 30, 1922, a daughter of the late Albert Felty and Fannie Preston Felty. She was a member of Antioch Church of Christ in Greenup. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bert E. Wolfe, on July 14, 2003; five brothers, Richard, Gene, Paul, Frank and Raymond Felty; and a sister, Eldean Felty. Survivors include a son, Roger Wolfe of Greenup; two daughters, Rita Dietrich and Delores Barker, both of Greenup; two brothers, Wayne Felty of Portsmouth and William Randall Felty of Pulaski, Tenn.; a sister, Madge Cornett of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Antioch Church of Christ by Pastor Kail Ruffner. Burial will be in Wolfe Family Cemetery on Leatherwood Road in Greenup. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday and until services on Saturday at the residence on Leatherwood Road. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore is in charge of arrangements.
