    2. BARE, William F. "Bill", Jr. age 89, of Germantown (Sunbury), OH passed away Saturday, November 8, 2008 at Sycamore Hospital. Bill was born in Middletown, OH, on July 13, 1919, to the late William "Frank" and Eleanor (Riehle) Bare, Sr. He was a member of Germantown Masonic Lodge #257 F. & A. M., and the former Farmersville Chapter #155 Order of Eastern Star, Adoniram Council #131 Royal & Select Masons, Royal Arch Masons #240 Twin Valley Chapter, Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton, and the NRA. Bill, also known as the "Squire of Sunbury", was a talented woodworker; especially known for his carving of birds, walkingsticks, mules and wagons. He was a W.W. II Army Veteran, serving in Company B - 350th Infantry, 88th Division in North Africa, Italy, Austria, and Tunisia. He retired from Armco Steel after 30 years of service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Bessie Mae (Willis) Bare; his sister, Marjorie Musselman; 2 brothers, Robert and Ja! mes Bare. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Eileen Willis; 2 nieces, Alana Mae (Roger) Minor and Pam (Scott) Bell; 2 nephews, James F. "Bo" (Beverly) Willis, Jr., Russell (Sandy) Willis; many great, and great-great nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call 1-2 p.m., Tuesday (1 hour prior to the service), November 11, 2008, at the Dalton Funeral Home, Corner of State Route 4 & Weaver Rd., Germantown, OH, where the Funeral Service will follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Ted Ricci officiating.
