OWSLEY, Bobby Franklin Age 75 of Fairborn, passed away Friday October 10, 2008 in the Hospice of Dayton. He was born June 19, 1933 in Glo, Kentucky, the son of the late Lonzo and Zilfa (Wiley) Owsley. Bobby served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and followed with employment at Inland Manufacturing, retiring in 1982 after 31 years of service. He attended the Maple Avenue Church of God and was a past master of Michael L. Finnell Lodge No. 711 Free and Accepted Masons; Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton; past patron of Aero Chapter No. 536 Order of Eastern Star; White Shrine of Jerusalem No. 62; and a member of the Greene County Democrat Club. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Bill. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Vivian; three children, Terry Owsley and wife Julie of Riverside, Debra Spellman and husband Kevin of New Carlisle, Jamison Owsley and wife Sibyl of Fairborn; ten grandchildren; two great- grandchild! ren; two brothers, Jack and John of Florida; as well numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday October 15, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M., with Masonic and Scottish Rite services starting at 7:45 P.M., in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn. A funeral service will be held on Thursday October 16, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. in the funeral home, Pastor James Clayton officiating.
