JUSTICE, John "Chris" Age 37, of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at his residence. He was born March 21, 1971 in Ashland, Kentucky and had lived in the Miami Valley in Ohio for 15 years. Chris was employed as a HVAC Technician at Dayton Phoenix Group for 2 years. He attended the Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Harrison Township (Dayton). He is survived by his wife of 1 ½ years, Michelle; son, Michael "Brandon" Justice; step-son, Christopher Benson; father, John H. Justice, Franklin, Ohio; mother, Patricia Justice, Huber Heights, Ohio; paternal grandfather, Lloyd Justice, wife Bess, Middletown, Ohio; and brother, Joshua Justice, Hamilton, Ohio. Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills Baptist Church, 6020 Foster Ave., Dayton, with Pastor Del Stephen officiating.
