My Mother Gypsie ( Lyon ) Saddler was able to research and record the following information about the Howe's and Todd's Nancy Howe, Her Great Grandmother. ,DOB 5/14/1817 Johnson County Kentucky DOD 8/10/1891 Relief Kentucky She was the daughter of Electious Howe DOB about 1789 in Maryland DOD about 1865 to 1870 Johnson County Ky. Sally (Hudson) or ( Button ) Howe DOB 5/18/1794 in North Carolina DOD after 1870 in Johnson County Ky ( Rock House Creek ) Electious and Sally had 11 children Nancy Howe being first born. Nancy married Lewis Todd , May 23, 1837 in Floyd County Kentucky. Nancy and Lewis Todd had 8 children Their 4th child Martha J Todd DOB 11/16/1844 Paintsville, Kentucky DOD 4/22/1918 Fleming Co. Kentucky She married James Harv Hamilton DOB 9/26/1846 Morgan County Kentucky DOD 4/7/1923 Portsmouth, Ohio James Harv and Martha J. had 8 children. their youngest child Virgie Louise Hamilton married William Granville Lyon in Relief (Morgan County ) Kentucky on 11/20/1909. More of their ancestors if needed. I have a photograph of my Great Grandparents James Harv and Martha J. with my mother setting on their lap. Mom appears to be about 5 years old She was born 10/13/1910 Red Bush Ky. She passed away 2/19/1996 in Portsmouth Ohio.
