She was born in Greenup County on Oct. 30, 1922, a daughter of the late Albert Felty and Fannie Preston Felty. She was a member of Antioch Church of Christ in Greenup. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bert E. Wolfe, on July 14, 2003; five brothers, Richard, Gene, Paul, Frank and Raymond Felty; and a sister, Eldean Felty. Survivors include a son, Roger Wolfe of Greenup; two daughters, Rita Dietrich and Delores Barker, both of Greenup; two brothers, Wayne Felty of Portsmouth and William Randall Felty of Pulaski, Tenn.; a sister, Madge Cornett of Portsmouth; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Antioch Church of Christ by Pastor Kail Ruffner. Burial will be in Wolfe Family Cemetery on Leatherwood Road in Greenup.     2. RICHARDSON, Charles Clayton "Charlie" Age 92, of Jacksonburg, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at University Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio. Charlie was born June 28, 1916 in Clay City, Kentucky to Reuben Jesse and Nellie (Tipton) Richardson. He retired in 1978 from McGraw Construction after 42 years as a carpenter and welder. He was a member of the Jacksonburg United Methodist Church. He was an avid gardener and shared his vegetables with family and neighbors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, rock polishing and many other crafts. He was a member of F. & A.M. Masonic Lodge #159 of Camden, as well as the Eaton Chapter #22 and Preble Grand Council #135. He was 32nd degree Mason in the Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton. Charlie was proud to be a Kentucky Colonel. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of nearly 68 years and the love of his life, Ruth; 2 sisters, Lizzie and Francis; 6 brothers, Levi, John Dillard, George, Harry, Allen and Bill.     2. Ida Marie Wiley Salyer Marion of Catlettsburg passed away Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008, in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. She was 88 years of age, born Aug. 23, 1920, in Covington, a daughter of the late Allen and Minnie Pack Wiley. Her husband, Orlando L. Marion, preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Thelma Maynard, Georgia Wiley and Ruth Wiley; and a brother, Thomas Wiley. She was a registered nurse, graduating in 1942 from Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Not only was nursing her vocation, it was her avocation. Ida provided patient care for more than 40 years in nearly every capacity her profession provides. Surviving is a loving family, including a daughter, Connie Williams and her husband, John, of Catlettsburg; a son, Glenn Salyer and his wife, Patty, of Panama City, Fla.; children by marriage, Leah Meunier and her husband, Joe, and Jessica Coons, all of Dexter, Mich., Michael Marion of Manchester, Mich., Patrick Marion and his wife, Kathy, of West Palm Beach, Fla.; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a special caregiver, Amanda Scott. Datha was united in marriage to Dale Carter in Liberty, Indiana. Her beloved husband, Dale, preceded her in death in 1987. Datha was a life long member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a member of the Ida Betscher Quilting Circle. She taught Sunday School and cared for the little children and was selected Woman of the Year by the American Baptist Association for her commitment. She was employed for ten years at Champion Paper Company. Datha is survived by her loving daughter, Shirley Newhouse, of Indianapolis; and Mrs. Hoyte Moore, sister, of Okeechobee, Florida. Son-in-law, John Newhouse, and brothers Adrian, Lowell and Alton Turner, also preceded Datha in death. She loved her family and friends and was a de! voted aunt to many nieces and nephews.     2. COLE, Elijah Age 86 of Miamisburg, OH, passed away early Thursday morning, October 6, 2008 at Kettering Medical Center - Sycamore's E.R. Elijah was born May 5, 1922 to the late Frank and June (Angel) Cole in McKee, KY. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Larry "Dan" Cole (August 2008). Elijah is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Lottie (Mullins) Cole; a son, Elijah L. "Lee" (Maureen) Cole of Miamisburg; daughter-in-law, Pat Cole of Miamisburg; grandchildren Michael D. (Shelly) Cole of Miamisburg, Gary L. (Terri) Cole of Franklin, and Alison L. (Mike) Doll of Belmont; great grandchildren, Trace and Sierra Cole and Isabella Doll; sisters, Edna (John) Ashby, Frankie (Gerry) Ginter and Velma (Ralph) Brewer all of Germantown; sisters-in-law, Bernice Norman of West Carrollton, Terisse Seals of Richmond, KY and Jessie Smith of Brookville. Elijah participated in the Battle of the Bulge during WWII as an U.S. Army serviceman. He joined the Faith Chapel! in Germantown in 1980, and retired as a bus driver from RTA after 33 years of employment. Robert was born in Jackson County, KY on June 30, 1914 to Everett Pitman and Jenny (Kindred) Benge. He retired from Bird & Son in 1976 following 15 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife Etta Marie (Powell) Benge in 1988; 5 brothers James, Ruby, Roscoe, Roy, Russell, and 1 sister Dorothy Conway.
