This is a shot in the dark. My gr grandparents were Nehemiah and Tabatha Pitts. they lived in the Harmany community southwest of Nacogdoches. They were married in 1879 in Nacogdoches Co. I have much information on the Pitts family but have been unable to find anything on Tabatha. One marrage list named her Mrs Tabatha Caldwell which was an indication that she was a widow. She was 31 at the time of the marrage. She stated on the census [1900 I believe] That she had had 5 children, all living. These were the children of Nehemiah so she had no children prior to their marrage. Any help on her parents or other information would be a blessing. Huie Landrum
