Roy- Only you can unsubscribe you- you need to type only the word "UNSUBCRIBE" without the quotes in the body of the message. You know how literal these computers are- so leave the subject line blank and put only the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the body of the message. It may take a while to get unsubbed depending on how messages are processed.
