This is a forward from another mail list but as there was a discussion some months ago on this mail list, regarding destruction of cemeteries, I thought this might be of interest to you. Wanda This item should be of interest to all West Virginia Researchers. Pennsylvania enacted legislation several years ago stating that private cemeteries on private lands could not be destroyed by private land owners without first contacting families with people buried there. A big fight is currently going on in Jasper County, Missouri over access to the Moss Springs Cemetery.
