The Rusk Co. History books have so much on the different Brown families in Rusk Co. Both book one and Book two. Most libraries have these books on their shelves, and I have found out much about the family in this way. I do not live far from the Brown Cemetery, and I live on land once owned by Elizabeth Brown Melton, the sister of Taylor Brown, so that is why I have interest in this family. As soon as I have time I am going to trace down the names that some of you have listed in your Brown queries, and see if I can match any of these names to the articles in the Rusk Co. Books.
