Hello Rooters, It's great to have East Texas Roots up and running again, isn't it? It thought I would resubmit my lines again. Researching the East Texas lines of: POWELL, WHITAKER, PERRY, HILL, DEMENT, REYNOLDS, KNIGHT, TIPTON, most from the early 1850's. and other related lines. My husband's lines are: LANDRUM, FAULK, PITTS, PRATT, MCLEOD and others. Would very much like to get in touch with anyone researching the East Texas Powell lines. Joan
