I am researching John Milton SMITH. He left home at an early age and lived I believe with other families. Have any of you run across a John M. Or JM SMITH living with the family that you are researching? He was b. in either LA or TX as his mother traveled with her family from either Tn. or Ms. They first lived in East Tx. This is hard research for an inexperienced researcher like me. This young man was an illegitamate child and ran away from home and his stepfather; a Mr.FOSTER I do not know his mother's name . She is supposed to be a Miss Cleveland. Help Linda
