Woods Cemetery is near the community of Woods. Take US 59 south from Carthage till you get to CR 414. Turn left (east) to Woods. The cemetery northwest of the town. Old Prospect. Take US 59 south from Carthage till you get to FM 2517. Turn left (east), go to FM 31. Turn left (south). The cemetery should be on the east side of the road about a mile down.
