Here is just a suggestion: Maybe you should ask that all subscribers send to you, their surnames, the year that person was born, and the state they were born in. (The county would be optional) When I sign off, you'll see my signature line. Everyone should have something similar. >From another list that I'm on, the list owner then compiles a "complete" list that's organized by state, and lists each persons signature line, their name, and their e-mail address. Each time she updates them, she sends them out for any corrections, and then we can print them and save them. It works GREAT!!!
