Are you aware that Wood Co Gen Society has some of the data extracted from Census and other records posted in gedcom format online? It might be that the line you are seeking is there. I don't think they have completed it by any means, but I have found some of my Wood Co ancestors in the 1910 census, and possibly some from 1900.
