MOSES KING b. abt 1820 MS, married CATHERINE CALCOATE, and they had at least one son, JAMES C. KING. James married SARAH GOFF abt 1856 in Polk Co., TX. One of their younger children JAMES ANDREW KING was b. 1861 Walker Co. James C. and Sarah both died young, and James Andrew was raised by older brothers and sisters. James Andrew married Nora Jane WAlker (previously married to Charlie Hellums) in Caldwell Co. in 1893. Nora was the daughter of Thomas WAlker Jr, b. 1831 LA (prob. Rapides Parish) and Nancy Martha Biggs b. 1841 LA. Thomas and Nancy were in Tyler Co. at the 1850 census. do any of these names ring a bell with anyone?
