My mother always told me stories of how he was "Brigadier General Eagan," and "buried in Arlington national cemetery. My great aunt Grace McWilliams Kelly was very fond of Charles Eagan and I have a picture of him. She was the first female representative in her state of Washington. I live in Minnesota Let's connect.
