List Members - Does anyone have access to the University of Wales Library at Lampeter? I found they have some 4 billion ancestry records available to search on-line, but I don’t have access to libraries in Wales. I’m looking for a marriage license that may have been issued by the Bishop of St. David’s in 1812.
