I had done a check of the book at the Library but couldn't find him, but it is (sort of) good to hear that you cannot find him either as I was wondering if I had missed him in the book. Betty Thanks for you message. Yes he could turn up in some parish outside Pembrokeshire, especially if his father also worked for HM or was a seaman.
