Rootsweb don't like this kind of alleged anti spam programs and they can globally unsub anyone using such a program. If anyone feels the need to use a third party program to control spam, there is one called MailWasher which is non intrusive, does not require anyone to jump through hoops so someone can receive their mail (and possible the answer to their query) and is free. I don't use it but I know a number of people who do.
