Benjamin THOMAS married Ann (?) sometime before the birth of their son William in Prendergast in about c 1843/44. According to the 1851 censu, Benjamin, a bootmaker, was born in Prendergast c 1815/16 whilst Ann was born in St Martins about the same time. As yet, I have been unable to locate the details of their baptisms or their marriage. Can anyone help me, please? Adrian Yorkshire

Hi Adrian I can't see how you can locate their marriage or expect anyone else to if you don't know Ann (?)'s surname - it be just guessing? You need to get the birth certificate of their son William or one of their other children (perhaps pick one with a less common first name if possible) and then search for a possible marriage.
