Yesterday I sent my Timeline of my "claimed" GEORGE line down from gf Wm 1696 of Rhydwilym down through 4 Bapt Churches in PA, VA & WV. Now I submit this list of unclaimed GEORGE that was in the same location at the same time as my above line- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Rhydwilym Bapt Chapel bapt list has the following bapt of GEORGE that I can not ID: 27 May 1695- Francis GEOARGE, of Llangolman Parish 22 Apr 1709- William GEOARGE, Landissillio Parish [my gf? 1696] 17 Aug 1712- Thomas GOARGE, Narbeth Parish 25 May 1712- John GOARGE [no parish listed] 2 Feb 1724- Lewhellin GEOARGE, Gwnda Parish 1 Jun 1730- Ann GEOARGE, Narberth Parish 14 Jun 1715- "the Brandywine Baptist' ," near Birmingham, Del Co, PA. has a Thomas GEORGE listed among the 15 founders. [reportedly received by letters from somewhere??] ca 1741- Great Valley Bapt Ch in Tredyffryn Twp, Chester Co, PA which still exists in modern day Devon, PA. Founded in 1711 by Welsh immigrants from Rhydwilym Chapel in Pembrokeshire, W Wales lists a GEORGE among 1682 arr fm ENG , has a Thomas GEORGE among 15 founders in 1715, a land owner Richard GEORGE and notes a Richard GEORGE in in 1768 SC, [per book "The Johns Connections" by Helen Sides Dye] 1/25/1765 Bucks Co, PA will of gf William 1696 lists a son Philip who was never heard of bef or aft the will?? 1773- gf Wm 1696 had a son Thomas who had a son William who disappeared from Shenandoah Co, VA records, Prob b bef 1754 in PA. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Any suggestions for leads on the above orphans would be greatly appreciated.
