    3. Dick, The filter you are referring to is a polarising filter. These should be readily available. However, I say again that this will not help. You do not need a light from a window or flash to take picture of a computer screen. All the useful light for the picture will come from the screen itself. If you wish, I can send you any number of pictures of computer screens taken with hand held cameras. (In those cases I could not use the PrtScr procedure because USB sticks, floppies etc., were not allowed, so the image could not be taken off the computer.)
