    3. Dear Joy   I was having the same problem, but worked out (eventually!) where I was going wrong... perhaps your problem is the same.   Choose Say   Diocese                   Tyddewi Name                        Davies Parish                       Llangybi Click Search   Up comes array of choices, find a hopeful one...  in this instance if you have used the example above the first name that appears is   Davies, David, Penybanc, Llangybi, Cardigan, Farmer will, 1838.   which as good example as any...   Below this  information (where I found a problem) appears  IMAGE 1 through IMAGE 6   Click on IMAGE 1 then appears a similar list  IMAGE 1, IMAGE 2 etc through to IMAGE 6 [if you click on any of this lot NOTHING happens]   BUT, scroll down, and then you will see the image of the page.    You can enlarge, and using the little icon on the right with a drawn red box, you can move the red box around to view the area you want to read.    LLGC seems to like leaving a load of space before the information which has baffled me several times in the catalogue search.  I'm sure they have a good reason, what it is will remain a mystery to me !   Hope that helps.   Jen                   --- On Tue, 6/10/09, Joy <joy.cozens@btinternet.com> wrote: From: Joy <joy.cozens@btinternet.com> Subject: [Dyfed] NLW Wills To: dyfed@rootsweb.com, sylvia@cenquest.co.uk Date: Tuesday, 6 October, 2009, 9:22 AM Dear Sylvia I have tried to download some NLW wills but failed to do so.  IOne lister said that you had to have the full Adobe not just Adobe REader.  Could this be the reason for my failure?  If not, could you give details on how you managed to download please?
