    3. Hello all I wondered if anyone has worked out the best way to search the 1911 census. I am searching for Jones and Williams surnames in Wales and finding it particularly difficult finding anyone even though I know the date of marriage, marital status age, sex, and roughly the place they should be. Any tips would be much appreciated. Glen Jenkins Swansea Wales

    3. Glen, If you know the name of the property where they were living then you can put that at the place. I have used this to find some of my THOMAS and GRIFFITHS family in Cardiganshire. Put in the surname, county, district and then property name as the place. I think it will recognise the street name as the place, too. If you want an example try GRIFFITHS and Cardiganshire, property Gwynfro. I agree that it is very difficult otherwise.
