    3. I wonder if anyone knows of this John MORGAN, born around 1781, or can suggest any way I can identify him, please. Census 1841: Aberystwyth, Llanbadarn Fawr CGN: John MORGANS age 60, hatter, & his wife Dyanhana age 55 Evan MORGANS age 25 draper Anne MORGANS age 20 - Anne died Q3 1844 & her baptism record confirms this much: Tabernacle C.M. Chapel, Aberystwyth CGN (RG4 3813) Anne b.25 Jan 1814, bap. dau.of John MORGANS & Diana nee DAVIES (mother's parish pre-marriage: Llanbadarn Trefeglwys?) This register did not cover the time Evan or Evan Hugh MORGAN was born. I have the details from John MORGAN's WILL: he died in Aberystwyth on 1 Feb 1850. Brief details from this WILL below: John MORGAN lists mortgage deed, bonds, promisary notes, 8 leasehold houses in Prospect Row, Market Street, North Parade and Moor Street, Aberystwyth. He occupied one of the houses and the rest were occupied by Richard WILLIAMS, Thomas LEWIS, Evan MORGAN, Job MORGAN, David WILLIAMS, Anne DAVIES & Richard GRIFFITHS. He had 10 shares in a gas light company. His estate went to his wife Diana and after her to his son Evan MORGAN [who used Evan Hugh MORGAN at PROBATE and on Census entries]. If Evan did not have children, however, the estate would go to John's brother and sisters. Unfortunately not named, so we have been unable to prove or disprove a connection to our MORGAN family. His son Evan Hugh MORGAN had married Susannah PUGH before c.1854 and they had 3 children, two died and one did have descendants. Anne
