Dear Listers Would someone like to inform me what the female occupation of a “Tip Shipper”, consisted of, most lightly related to Iron or coal mining. My very last chance of finding a baptism location in Pembrokeshire of where a certain Glamorgan Collery Managers ancestors came from ~ rested with his given birth location in the 1861 census. As can be guessed the answer was not going to be that simple. Please do not misunderstand me but I do not require any suggestions of where else to search and no other census et al, offers any possibilities. Great minds in the Archive service of Pembrokeshire (I just watched) have consulted reference works and/or just translated this written 1861 census pembrokeshire place name to one of the following; Chireiron ~ Clureiron ~ Cluieiron ~ Chireiroer I could give some suggestions but this just might confuse, so perhaps its better its left to peoples fresh interpretation that could lead me to the parish to locate the information I seek.
